News Courier/Kim West — The Limestone County Sports Hall of Fame inducted the 12-member Class of 2013 on Saturday, June 15, 2013, at the Limestone County Event Center in Athens. The inductees were Kathi Coggin Bailey, Paul "Jack" Rose Sr., Mary Jane Hobbs, R.C. “Brownie” Nelson, Tommy Groce, Hadley "H.B." Provience, Cody Sweetland, Russell “Rusty” Brand, Charles “Chuck” Allen, Jo Jo Smith, Jerome Wagnon and Henry White.
